I love kitchen gadgets ... way too much. And I love cooking. I have a cooking blog, Cookistry, and a kitchen gadget and review blog, Cookistry Reviews, but this blog will be different.Oh, I also have a book review blog, Munching on Books. Guess what! Most of the books are cookbooks! I'll bet you would never have guessed that. Hah.
You see, on my cooking blog I hesitate to develop recipes that require a specific appliance, because those recipes don't fit a general audience. It seems unfair to publish a recipe that most people wouldn't be able to make.
Here, though, you'll find those recipes. While they might not be as popular as generic slow cooker recipes, I think there's a need for recipes for other appliances. I mean, seriously, there are times I get a new appliance and I search online for recipes ... and they just don't exist.
Well, they do for super-popular devices. But that pizza oven I'm working with is less likely to have a ton of bloggers writing about it. Those sorts of recipes will have a home here. They'll be neatly tagged by the appliance used, so you can find them easily.
As time goes on, I'll likely add more appliances to the list. For now, you can expect to find these coming very soon:
